Shipping & Returns

How long will delivery take?

We will have your new work to you in 2 weeks. 

Where is my order shipped from? 

All prints are shipped from our workshop in Richmond, Melbourne.

How much does shipping cost? 

Australia wide shipping is Free on all print and frame orders. Print-only orders are shipped at a $15 flat rate. 

How are the frames shipped?

The frame is bubble wrapped and shipped in custom made, double wall cardboard packaging using a courier service. All work is insured against loss or damage. 

How can I track my order?

You will be emailed your tracking number when your order has been dispatched (10-12 days after placing your order). 

Do you accept returns?

Prints and frames are non-returnable. 

Printing 

What is a giclée print?

A fine art digital print made on an inkjet printer. They are archival quality and guaranteed not to fade or bleed for up to 100 years. It is the industry standard in galleries and museums across the world. 

What type of printer do you use?

The latest Epson P20070 printer using genuine Epson Ultrachrome Pro inks. 

What type of paper do you use?

We print to a 310 gsm 100% cotton rag as standard but do offer a Premium Lustre (semi-gloss) photographic stock.

Materials

Do you use real timber moulding? 

All our timber is locally sourced from sustainable sources. We use Victorian Ash and Tasmanian Oak timber.

Are the frames mass produced? 

Each frame is hand cut and carefully assembled in Melbourne.

Why do you use acrylic instead of glass? 

The 3mm Plexiglass we use is museum grade. It is lighter than glass, helps to protect your work from UV damage and also has the added advantage of being shatter proof.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately we do not ship internationally at this stage.   

How long does shipping take?

• Standard – 2-6 days

• Express – 2-4 days

How much does shipping cost (AUD)?

• Standard – $15 flat rate

• Express – $20 flat rate

How can I track my order?

You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details upon shipment. If you do not receive this email contact team@canvsbottega.com. 

Return Policy 

Fashion purchased at full price that meet the CANVS Bottega terms and conditions can be returned for a refund or store credit.

Shipping costs will not be refunded.

To return clothing and receive a refund please send us an email at team@canvsbottega.com with your order number to let us know within 14 days of purchase. 

Prints and frames are non-returnable. 

Terms

  • The goods are in saleable condition, in their original packaging with all tags still intact

  • The goods have not been worn, damaged or washed

  • The original invoice is included as proof of purchase

  • A returns request is made within 14 days from date of purchase

  • Approved returns are received at Head Office within 7 days of approval

Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer and MUST be sent back via trackable/registered post. CANVS Bottega is not liable for any returns that go missing in the post or are undelivered.

We reserve the right to reject any request for returns that do not comply with the conditions above.

Once your return is received and approved, we will send you an email to let you know your return has been processed and an outcome will be determined.

Please note: No refunds on sale items, store credit will be offered only.
